Cathay Pacific CEO: Plans to Up Capacity in 2010

Cathay Pacific's business is beginning to pick up speed, following a dismal year in 2009, notes its CEO, Tony Tyler. In light of this, he tells CNBC's Christine Tan that the carrier is planning modest increases in capacity for 2010.
